Fabricated steel warehouse is a new technology introduced and developed in recent 20 years. It has the advantages of light weight, short construction period, convenient for mechanized production, and is widely used in grain, food, feed, light industry and other industries.
The fabricated steel warehouse is composed of the top, barrel and bottom of the warehouse. According to the different forms of the bottom of the warehouse, it can be divided into the flat bottom warehouse and the cone bottom warehouse. The flat bottom warehouse is the foundation of the steel warehouse. The cone bottom warehouse can be divided into the steel cone bottom warehouse and the cement cone bottom warehouse according to the production form of the cone bottom.
Top of warehouse: the top of warehouse is composed of 0.8mm - 1.0mm The double-sided galvanized sheet has the advantages of forming convex edge, corrosion resistance, water resistance and high strength. At the same time, ventilation windows, guardrails and other facilities are set on the top of the warehouse
Roof form
Silo: the silo is composed of two-sided galvanized steel plates which are corrugated and arc formed, with assembly holes and connected by waterproof bolts. The corrugation can increase the strength of the silo. At the same time, reinforced columns are set inside or outside the silo to bear the vertical load of the silo and grain.
The joint between the bin board and the bin board is provided with sealing cement to ensure the waterproof performance of the bin.
The bin barrel is equipped with a bin door and a ladder to facilitate the observation of the grain situation in the bin.
Cone bottom: the cone bottom is composed of column base, tie bar, cone bottom plate, etc. the cone bottom plate can be assembled or welded.
Steel plate warehouse peripheral facilities:
Ventilation: according to the grain moisture and storage period, a ventilator can be set at the bottom of the cone, which is led into the ventilation network management in the bin by the ventilation pipe to realize ventilation and cooling, and a forced induced draft fan can also be set at the top of the bin.
Temperature and humidity measuring device: the roof beam of the bin can be partially set in the form of reinforcement, temperature measuring cable is hung, the temperature of grain in the bin is measured, and the ventilation device is used to ensure the safety of grain storage. With the use of ventilation and temperature measuring device, long-term safe grain storage can be realized (on the premise that the moisture content of grain before warehousing reaches the standard of safe grain storage).
Material level: check whether the grain in the warehouse is full or empty, which can be controlled by linkage with the conveying equipment.
Heat preservation: for long-term grain storage warehouses, heat preservation layer shall be set outside to avoid condensation when the temperature difference in the warehouses is large, so as to realize long-term safe grain storage.
Circulation fumigation facilities: for the long-term storage of grain silos, the full closure is the design, production and installation, and circulation fumigation facilities are set up to prevent pests.
