Technological design introduction for pneumatic transmission and ventilation dust removal:

Fine powder and light sundries adopt sealing negative pressure wind conveying. High pressure blower is equipped with new TY series, and medium and low pressure blower adopts 4-72 series. Dedusting system and the high pressure ventilation is both equipped with new type of pulse dust collectors.

It is widely used in flour, oil, brewery, rice, feed, chemistry and food processing plants to clean and grade particle materials.

  The no-load loss for S13 series products decreased by 10.3% averagely and the no-load current decreased by 25% than S11 series.

  All the sieves are equipped with rubber ball of more than 80% elasticity, 350RMB more expensive than common rubber ball. The sieve chest is over 2.5mm, holder of motor is 16mm, which will not lead to vibration of bracket and resonation of sieve chest.

  The sieve plates are punched by CNC machine, precise, uniform and highly efficient. The sieve plates and trawl are flat with ashtree sieve frame, well painted.

  Dip angle of the sieve cover is adjustable to control flow of the materials.
