Working Principle of Gravity Paddy Separator

On the rice processing line, the brown rice from the huller is mixed with about 15% of the grains. The separated grains must be returned to the huller for shelling, and the clean brown rice can be transferred to the next process for whitening. However, the seemingly rough separation is actually a kind of fine separation of similar substances. The perfect design is still a worldwide problem at present. The existing universal machines still use the most primitive bionic manual screening operation principle of human beings. The screen surface is at the best bilateral inclination position of 12-15 degrees, the crank connecting rod mechanism is used to make an uninterrupted reciprocating motion of a certain frequency, and the separation is carried out with the help of the law that the proportion of brown rice and grain is slightly different and the roughness between them is slightly different. In order to improve the output per unit time, more than ten layers of the same sieve plates are combined in modern design to produce the same effect to adapt to the current operation of the rice plant. At the same time, in order to overcome the impact on the fuselage when reversing the reciprocating motion, two groups of screen bodies with equal weight are often made into a relative motion structure to offset the inertial impact caused by reversing the reciprocating motion. Theoretically, the mixture on the sieve plate must reach a certain thickness to keep the rice on the brown rice, and make the rice move downward under the dual action of the driving force of the lower brown rice and its own gravity to achieve the condition of automatic separation; The sieve plate in the existing equipment has no guide plate, so the control thickness can only be adjusted indirectly by the amount of feed and discharge, which leads to a large amount of coarse grain mixture can only participate in the working cycle repeatedly, reducing the separation efficiency; If the amount is small, it can not meet the conditions required for gravity separation, and the normal separation work is difficult to ensure. At the same time, the structure of the sieve plate in the separator also has an important impact on the separation effect. A certain spacing should be ensured between the particles of the coarse grain mixture. In the existing equipment, the way to control the above spacing is relatively single. Most of the particles move up and down through the convex structure on the surface of the sieve plate, so as to improve the spacing.
