According to the characteristic of paddy structure,a certain mechanical force is applied to it to destroy the paddy husk and separate the paddy husk from the brown rice. The machine that removes the paddy husk is called the Paddy Husker Machine.
MLGT(Q) series paddy husker machine also has function of seperating paddy, brown rice, rice husk. Due to the limitation of the mechanical properties of the husker machine and the strength of the rice grains, the paddy can not be completely turned into brown rice once. Therefore, the mixture grains contains unhulled paddy, brown rice, husk and so on. Through processes of separation of paddy and brown rice, and separation of brown rice and husk, The unhulled paddy is returned to dehusk again, and the separated brown rice is sent to the rice mill for whitening. The separated rice husk is used as a by-product,mostly be fine crushed as animal feed or biomass fuel directly.
The current rice milling process is to remove the husks of the paddy grains firstly to obtain the purer brown rice, and then go to the rice milling section.
The quality of the dehulling process not only directly affects the process effect of the subsequent processes, but also has a close relationship with the quality of the finished product, the yield, the output and the cost. Therefore, when hulling, it is necessary to maintain a high and stable hulling rate, try to keep the rice grains intact, reduce the crushing and bursting of the rice grains, in order to improve the rice yield, and at the same time, it is required to avoid the surface fluffing and damage of the brown rice as much as possible to facilitate Improve the effect of grain separation.
