This gravity paddy destoner machine makes use of the different characteristics of the specific gravity and suspension speed of grain and stone, with the help of air flow, promote the classification of grain and stone.Without the fan itself, this gravity destoner relies on the external suction system to absorb the air on the screen surface of the stone.Because the studio is in a state of negative pressure, dust is not easy to spread.The large air suction hood and air suction outlet are adopted, the negative pressure on the slate surface is similar, the wind force passing through the destoner is uniform, and the air volume is convenient to adjust.

(1) Structure TQSX type suction paddy gravity destoner is composed of feeding mechanism, screen body, vibration mechanism, suction adjustment mechanism and frame, etc.
① Feeding mechanism The feeding mechanism is equipped with a spring pressure door, which can stabilize the feed flow. Through adjustment, there should be a certain thickness of material in the feeding box to block the air flow from entering the machine.
②The screen body and the material inlet of the screen surface are located at the lower end of the screen surface, and the reverse feed is adopted to increase the stroke of the material on the screen surface, which is beneficial to the formation of sufficient automatic classification of the material to improve the equipment's stone removal efficiency.
By adjusting the counter-air blower above the stone outlet, the grain content in the lower leg can be controlled.
(2) During the working process, the raw paddy enters the screen surface from the inlet located at the lower end of the screen surface, first passes through the pre-zoned or short screen surface to receive and buffer the paddy, and form a classification on the screen surface. The suspended paddy is divided along the sieve surface to both sides, down to the paddy outlet and discharged. The ascending air flows in from below the screen surface, penetrates the screen surface and the material layer, and enters the matching air net through the suction hood and the air regulating door.
