50-60 TPD Complete Automatic modern rice milling plant

This 50-60TPD Automatic modern rice milling plant can process paddy into national standard rice by multi-stage rice milling process, it mainly consist of :

1.  Cleaner :separating the light, medium, large impurities from raw paddy.

2.  De-stoner machine: separating out the stones in the raw paddy

3. Paddy dehusking machine: Remove paddy husk to get brown rice

4. Gravity separator: selecting the unhusked paddy out of brown rice and return to dehusking machine.

5. Rice whitener : milling the brown rice into white rice.

6. Rice grader : To seperate out broken rice and small particles

7. Polishing machine : improving the appearance of milled rice by removing remaining bran particles and by polishing the exterior of the milled kernel.

8. Rice color sorter : sorting the different colors impurities from the white rice.

9.Rice grader: separate the broken rice from well rice, make the white rice good appearance.

10.Rice Packing scale: the finished rice is packed into bag with different size as client's request.
